| SUBLIMATION |
a custom manufacturing process which is initiated by picking an existing design and transforming it into a custom uniform by choosing your team colours and adding logos, team name, numbers and even player names with a variety of font and style options. The digitally created design is forwarded to the customer for approval. Upon receipt of art approval the image is then transferred through sublimation onto the cut pieces of the uniform at which point the uniform is sewn together and inspected and is then ready to ship. Custom sublimated uniforms generally ship fully decorated 4 weeks after receipt of art approval. |
Saxon offers screen printing as an option for decorating Stock, Saxon Plus and Custom uniforms.
Screen printing adds an additional 3 weeks to the manufacturing process.
